Our Holistic Treatments
One Hour Reiki Session
Our one hour Reiki session is designed to balance and align
your energy centers, promoting relaxation and reducing stress
and anxiety.
Raelene will use gentle touch and intuitive healing techniques to
help you release tension and find inner peace.
Depending on what your needs are Raelene may also use
Chakra and Crystals in the healing session to get the most out of your relaxation experience.
CHAKRA & CRYSTAL HEALING
Our Chakra and Crystal Healing treatment uses the power of crystals
to balance your energy centers and promote healing.
Raelene will select the appropriate crystals for your needs and
use them in combination with Chakra to help you feel your best.
Sessions are 30 mins (bookings essential)
Group Relaxation Sessions
Experience this 2 hour Relaxation and Crystal healing group session.
Everyone has stresses to deal with and everyone has different symptoms and ways to deal with stress.
One way is to stop and Self Care through relaxation.
Before the session begins, Raelene takes the time to find out what Chakra you are needing assistance with and throughout the session, uses Crystals and healing to assist with the channel for you to relax and nurture yourself allowing for Self-care.
Intimate group of no more than 4 participants
